Wildfellner conveyors transport plastic granulate, plastic regrind, PET flakes and different kinds of foams. Main tasks are dosing applications, material transport between several machines or conveyors which pickup material from storage bunkers.
All systems can be executed as horizontal, inclined or vertical conveyors. The flexible auger system is successfully used for applications with elbows.
Conveying PET-flakes, PET bottles or plastic foils can be special challages. We created solutions which solved the problem of „bridging“ or the windability of foils.
The transport material can by dry or very wet. We delivered systems where the customers wanted to wash the material while conveying it vertically into a bunker.
Our systems can be produced in steel or different kinds of stainless steel.
Wildfellner conveyor system do not only transport the material. We have the possibility to storage the material in special storage bunkers which we can deliver according to the customers demand.
